250 gm Ladies finger1 cup Curd1 tsp Kadala parippu (channa dal)1 tsp Uzhunnu parippu (Urad dal)1/4 tsp Mustard1 sprig Curry leaves2 nos Dry red chillySalt (to taste)OIl (to fry) Cut ladies finger into 1 cm pieces and deep fry in oil till crisp.Heat 1 tbsp oil and splutter mustard.Add kadala parippu, uzhunnu parippu, curry leaves and red chilly. Add to fried vendakka(ladies finger) and saute well.Add curd and salt just before serivng and mix well.:-Goes well with Rice. Kerala
