An easy and healthier version of chilly chicken( not deep fried)

250 g Chicken cut into small pieces
7 nos Green chilly remove seeds if serving for children
2 sprigs Curry leaves
1 tsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Oil
For marination:
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
1/2 tsp Soya sauce
1/2 tsp Green chilly sauce
1 tbsp Kashmiri chilly powder
Salt As reqd

Instructions

For preparing easy chilly chicken, marinate chicken in ginger-garlic paste, soya sauce, green chilly sauce, kashmiri chilly sauce and salt for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a vessel.
Add curry leaves, green chilly and the chicken pieces. SautT it well and cook till done.
Easy chilly chicken is ready. Drizzle the lemon juice and serve hot.
