An easy and healthier version of chilly chicken( not deep fried)

  • 250 g Chicken cut into small pieces
  • 7 nos Green chilly remove seeds if serving for children
  • 2 sprigs Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • For marination:
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Green chilly sauce
  • 1 tbsp Kashmiri chilly powder
  • Salt As reqd


  • For preparing easy chilly chicken, marinate chicken in ginger-garlic paste, soya sauce, green chilly sauce, kashmiri chilly sauce and salt for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a vessel.
  • Add curry leaves, green chilly and the chicken pieces. SautT it well and cook till done.
  • Easy chilly chicken is ready. Drizzle the lemon juice and serve hot.
