Soak rajma in water overnight.
Add salt and water to Rajma and pressure cook.
Grind onion into a paste.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Add cumin powder, onion paste and stir, till it turns light brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and stir for 2 mins.
Add curd and stir well, until it turns brown.
Add tomato puree followed by coriander powder, chilly powder and kasuri methi and stir for 2 - 3 mins.
Add the mixture to the cooked rajma and pressure cook upto 1 whistle.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
:- You can also cook the onions before making it into a paste.
