North Indian Style Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Pounds Chicken approx 2Kg
  • 1 piece Ginger 1 inch length
  • 4 to Garlic
  • 10 to Curry leaves
  • 4 nos Green Hot pepper or alter to taste
  • 2 tbsp Yoghurt Plain curd
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder or alter to taste
  • 4 tsp Rajah Tandoori Masala Powder

Instructions
 

  • Chop and grind together ginger, garlic, curry leaves and green hot pepper.
  • Add curd, red chilli powder and the masala powder and mix well. It will turn to a red colored paste.
  • Add Chicken pieces to it and mix well.
  • Keep it in the refrigerator for atleast 3-4 hours.
  • Grill it on a barbeque grill (or oven). If you like you can brush or spray the sides with oil as you grill (u can use any oil like olive oil or canola oil).
  • Serve it as big pieces, or slice it into small stripsa
