Instructions
Heat up a cooker.
Put potatoes, onion, salt and water and cook for 5 - 10 mins.
Put the mixture in a blender or mash it through a seive.
Transfer the soup to a saucepan and add milk and pepper.
Place it on fire and cook on a low flame.
When it boils, add grated cheese and stir constantly, till the cheese melts.
Garnish with parsley.
