Ingredients: 4 nos Potato (peeled and cut into cubes, large); 1 no Onion (finely chopped, small); 2 tsp Salt; 1 1/2 cups Water; 4 cups Milk; 1/4 tsp Pepper powder; 3 cups Cheddar cheese (grated); 1 tbsp Parsley (chopped)

Ingredients

4 nos Potato peeled and cut into cubes, large
1 no Onion finely chopped, small
2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 cups Water
4 cups Milk
1/4 tsp Pepper powder
3 cups Cheddar cheese grated
1 tbsp Parsley chopped

Instructions

Heat up a cooker.
Put potatoes, onion, salt and water and cook for 5 - 10 mins.
Put the mixture in a blender or mash it through a seive.
Transfer the soup to a saucepan and add milk and pepper.
Place it on fire and cook on a low flame.
When it boils, add grated cheese and stir constantly, till the cheese melts.
Garnish with parsley.
