Ingredients
- Cauliflower(medium) - 1 no
- Plain flour - 2 tbsp
- Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Soy sauce - 2 tsp
- Red colour(A pinch) -
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1/2 tsp) -
- Yoghurt - 1 tsp
- Chilly powder or Paprika - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Oil for deep frying -

Instructions
- Cut the cauliflower into chunks.
- Put it in the boiling water and drain.
- Make the batter of all the other ingredients.
- Marinate the cauliflower in the above mixture for atleast 15 - 30 mins.
- Deep fry it.
- :- Serve hot.
