Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Corn flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Ghee
  • ½ tbsp Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 no Apple small
  • 1 no Banana medium
  • ¼ cup Mixed nuts chopped
  • ½ tsp Pineapple essence

Instructions
 

  • Mix corn flour with 1 cup of water.
  • Make 1 string syrup with 3/4 cup sugar and 1 cup of water.
  • Add corn flour paste along with 1/4 cup of ghee to the above sugar syrup, stirring continuously.
  • When it becomes a mass, add chopped apple, banana and pomegranate seeds along with 1/4 cup of sugar and 1 tbsp of ghee.
  • Continue to stir, till ghee starts oozing out.
  • Add essence and nuts.
  • Mix well and allow it to cool.
  • Transfer onto a greased plate.
  • Cut into pieces.
  • The delicious halwa is ready.
