Easy Kababs

Kababs that are easy to make and eat

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Mince meat of beef or lamb
  • 1/2 tbsp Dry red chilli seeds only
  • 3 nos Green chillies chopped finely
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds powdered, Jeerakam
  • 1 no Onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 no Egg
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions
 

  • Roast coriander powder in a pan, until a nice aroma comes.
  • Mix it along with all the other ingredients, except the oil.
  • Refrigerate this for 30 mins.
  • Make small balls off this mixture.
  • Flatten them in your palms.
  • Deep fry them, till they turn brown.
  • :- Serve hot with ketchup and Indian breads.
