Instructions
Heat oil in a pan.
Splutter mustard seeds.
Add ginger and garlic and stir for a few mins.
Add brinjal and saute for few mins.
Add all the powders and salt.
Cook, till the oil starts to separate.
Add vinegar.
Allow it to cool.
Preserve it.
