Brinjal(Vazhuthananga) pickle

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Splutter mustard seeds.
  • Add ginger and garlic and stir for a few mins.
  • Add brinjal and saute for few mins.
  • Add all the powders and salt.
  • Cook, till the oil starts to separate.
  • Add vinegar.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Preserve it.

    The receipe is very good It is suggested to add perigayam powder also while heating.
