Chutney made with Mint(Pudhina) leaves
- 10 - Mint leaves Pudhina
- 1 piece Ginger
- Tamarind A small ball, Puli
- 10 nos Small onions Kunjulli
- 5 nos Red chillies Kollamulaku
- Oil for frying
- 1/2 of Coconut grated
- Salt As reqd
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry red chillies, small onions, ginger, tamarind, cocunut, pudhina leaves and salt one by one, till it becomes slightly brown.
:- The fragrance will be mouth watering.
Grind it in a mixer grinder along with little water, but not too finely.
:- Serve as a side dish with rice.
