Pudhina Chutney

Chutney made with Mint(Pudhina) leaves

  • 10 - Mint leaves Pudhina
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • Tamarind A small ball, Puli
  • 10 nos Small onions Kunjulli
  • 5 nos Red chillies Kollamulaku
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/2 of Coconut grated
  • Salt As reqd


  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry red chillies, small onions, ginger, tamarind, cocunut, pudhina leaves and salt one by one, till it becomes slightly brown.
  • :- The fragrance will be mouth watering.
  • Grind it in a mixer grinder along with little water, but not too finely.
  • :- Serve as a side dish with rice.
