  • 1 glass Ground Rice powder
  • 1 no Onion
  • Coriander leaves
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 10 - Oil
  • Salt As reqd
  • Water As reqd


  • Cut onions, coriander leaves and green chillies into small pieces.
  • Add the above to the rice powder with salt and mix with water to make a dough.
  • Add oil to this in order to avoid getting stuck to the hands.
  • Apply oil on a polythene paper.
  • Make balls of the rice mix and spread one on the paper with your hand in the shape of rotis.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Put the roti in it and cook with oil, just like normal dosa.
  • Repeat the procedure for the remaining dough.
  • :- Serve with tomato-onion chutney.
  • :- This can be had as a snack or as breakfast. It`s very crispy like onion vadas.
