Cut onions, coriander leaves and green chillies into small pieces.
Add the above to the rice powder with salt and mix with water to make a dough.
Add oil to this in order to avoid getting stuck to the hands.
Apply oil on a polythene paper.
Make balls of the rice mix and spread one on the paper with your hand in the shape of rotis.
Heat oil in a pan.
Put the roti in it and cook with oil, just like normal dosa.
Repeat the procedure for the remaining dough.
:- Serve with tomato-onion chutney.
:- This can be had as a snack or as breakfast. It`s very crispy like onion vadas.
