Ingredients

Ground Rice powder

Onion
Coriander leaves

Green chillies

Oil
Salt
As reqd
Water
As reqd
Instructions
Cut onions, coriander leaves and
green chillies
into small pieces.
Add the above to the rice powder with
salt
and mix with
water
to make a dough.
Add
oil
to this in order to avoid getting stuck to the hands.
Apply
oil
on a polythene paper.
Make balls of the rice mix and spread one on the paper with your hand in the shape of rotis.
Heat
oil
in a pan.
Put the roti in it and cook with
oil
, just like normal dosa.
Repeat the procedure for the remaining dough.
:- Serve with
tomato
-
onion
chutney.
:- This can be had as a snack or as breakfast. It`s very crispy like
onion
vadas.
