Instructions
- Cut onions, coriander leaves and green chillies into small pieces.
- Add oil to this in order to avoid getting stuck to the hands.
- Apply oil on a polythene paper.
- Make balls of the rice mix and spread one on the paper with your hand in the shape of rotis.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Put the roti in it and cook with oil, just like normal dosa.
- Repeat the procedure for the remaining dough.
- :- This can be had as a snack or as breakfast. It`s very crispy like onion vadas.
