Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 2 nos Onion
  • 2 tbsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 2 tbsp Black pepper
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Chilly powder
  • 2 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 of Coconut
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd
  • Curry leaves A few

Instructions
 

  • Grind together cumin seeds, black pepper, chilly powder, coriander powder and onion.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add the chicken, masala, salt and curry leaves along with some water.
  • Let the chicken cook for 15 minutes.
  • Grind the coconut to a fine paste with water.
  • After the chicken is 3/4th cooked, add the coconut paste.
  • Keep on low flame for another 10 min.
