Peanut Chutney

Chutney made with Peanuts or Nelakadala

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Roasted Peanuts Nelakadala
  • 3 nos Red chillies medium
  • 3 nos Garlic cloves big
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 1 tsp Jaggery Sharkara
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Fry peanuts till brown and remove their skin. The already salted ones can also be used.
  • Grind together the peanuts with all the other ingredients along with sufficient water.
  • :- Serve with Dosas or Idlis.
