Jaggery

Ripe Banana

Water
Instructions
Heat 1 cup of water.
Add jaggery and melt it.
In another bowl, mix together rice powder and maida.
Add the melted jaggery to the mix.
When the batter cools, add grinded banana to it.
Keep this batter for 4 hrs.
Take the `unni appam kara` and add oil to each hole.
When it boils, pour the mix.
Remove the unniappams from the holes, when they are done.
