Wheat Dosa Easy

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup Curd
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 4 - Green chillies
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Mix together wheat flour, curd, chopped onions, salt and water.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add mustard seeds and when they crackle, add green chillies.
  • Add the seasoning into the above mixture.
  • Heat a thick dosa griddle or pan.
  • Pour a ladle full of batter in the center.
  • Spread thinly like pancakes and when batter has cooked, pour some oil or ghee on it.
  • Remove from the tawa, when Wheat Dosa becomes golden in colour.
  • :- Serve Wheat Dosa with chutney, sambhar or curd.
