Mix together wheat flour, curd, chopped onions, salt and water.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds and when they crackle, add green chillies.
Add the seasoning into the above mixture.
Heat a thick dosa griddle or pan.
Pour a ladle full of batter in the center.
Spread thinly like pancakes and
when batter has cooked, pour some oil or ghee on it.
Remove from the tawa, when Wheat Dosa becomes golden in colour.
:- Serve Wheat Dosa with chutney, sambhar or curd.
