For the dough:

For the filling:

For the seasoning:

Mustard seeds

Instructions
Mix all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl.
Heat a little oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds and when they splutter, add finely cut green chillies, curry leaves.
Add this seasoning to the filling and mix well.
Prepare a smooth dough of maida with water, salt and oil. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
Make small balls off the dough and roll them into small pooris.
Keep one tbsp of the filling in the centre of each poori and fold them.
Roll gently again.
Fry them in oil.
