For preparing Goan Chicken Curry, first clean and cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Apply necessary salt, turmeric and marinate for a few minutes.
Blend together red chillies, coriander seeds, ginger, garlic, pepper, cinnamom, cloves and jeera. Keep this mixture aside.
Heat oil in a pan and saute onions till they become golden brown.
Add tomato pieces and saute well till tomatoes turn soft and mushy. Add the chicken pieces and stir well.
Add little water and cook well.
When almost done, add coconut milk, salt, the blended masala, vinegar and cook further. The gravy should be thick, spicy and rich.
Goan Chicken Curry is ready.
