  • For preparing Goan Chicken Curry, first clean and cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Apply necessary salt, turmeric and marinate for a few minutes.
  • Blend together red chillies, coriander seeds, ginger, garlic, pepper, cinnamom, cloves and jeera. Keep this mixture aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and saute onions till they become golden brown.
  • Add tomato pieces and saute well till tomatoes turn soft and mushy. Add the chicken pieces and stir well.
  • Add little water and cook well.
  • When almost done, add coconut milk, salt, the blended masala, vinegar and cook further. The gravy should be thick, spicy and rich.
  • Goan Chicken Curry is ready.
