Fish Kabab Fish kabab 1 kg Fish (any variety)1 cup Curd1/2 tbsp ButterGinger (garlic paste - 1 tbsp)1 tbsp SaltChilly powder (As reqd) Wash the fishes and cut them into pieces.Mix together ginger - garlic paste, salt, chilly powder and curd and rub it well on the fish pieces and marinate for 1/2 an hour.Remove the fish pieces from the curd and set them aside for 15-20 minutes to dry. I have heard that fish and curd should not be mixed. Is that not so?
