  • 1 kg Fish any variety
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • Chilly powder As reqd


  • Wash the fishes and cut them into pieces.
  • Mix together ginger - garlic paste, salt, chilly powder and curd and rub it well on the fish pieces and marinate for 1/2 an hour.
  • Remove the fish pieces from the curd and set them aside for 15-20 minutes to dry.
  • Thread these pieces on skeweres and grill them after rubbing a little butter on the fish pieces,
  • :- Serve hot.

    I have heard that fish and curd should not be mixed. Is that not so?
