Egg Curry

Half cooked egg masala

  • 5 nos Boiled Eggs
  • 200 gm Tomatoes
  • 200 gm Onions
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 3 tsp Red Chilly powder
  • 5 tsp Coriander powder
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd


  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add the chopped onions and sautT till it turns golden brown.
  • Add the ginger garlic paste followed by the chopped tomatoes.
  • Fry well.
  • Add red chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and green chillies.
  • When the gravy becomes smooth, add water.
  • When it starts to boil, slip in eggs one by one.
  • When the eggs are half cooked in the gravy, remove from the fire.
  • :- Serve hot with roti, paratha, dosa or idlis.
