Half cooked egg masala

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add the chopped onions and sautT till it turns golden brown.
  • Add the ginger garlic paste followed by the chopped tomatoes.
  • Fry well.
  • Add red chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and green chillies.
  • When the gravy becomes smooth, add water.
  • When it starts to boil, slip in eggs one by one.
  • When the eggs are half cooked in the gravy, remove from the fire.
  • :- Serve hot with roti, paratha, dosa or idlis.

    Looks simple and easy to make I tried with boiled eggs with potato since I cant slip in eggs by breaking them…. But came out pretty well. I try this one when my wife is not around.

    Arathi….. You have no business to call it worst unless you give a reason for it…. If you cant help atleast dont trouble.
