Schezwan Hot Chicken

Boneless chicken in Schezwan & Tomato sauce

  • 100 gm Boneless Chicken
  • ½ no Egg
  • ½ tsp Corn flour
  • ½ tsp All purpose flour Maida
  • Salt As reqd
  • ½ tsp Black pepper powder
  • 3-4 nos Red chillies Kollamulaku
  • ½ tsp Schezwan sauce
  • 1 tsp Tomato sauce
  • Small onions(Kunjulli)
  • Oil for deep frying


  • Mix the chicken with corn flour, egg and a little salt.
  • Deep-fry each piece of chicken separately.
  • When they turn golden brown, drain the excess oil and remove.
  • Heat oil in a pan and sautT onions, red chilly and add the fried chicken.
  • Add sugar, Schezwan sauce, tomato sauce and black pepper powder.
