Ingredients
  

  • 400 gm Pasta
  • 2 nos Onion
  • 4 nos Tomato
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • 5 tsp Tomato sauce
  • Coriander leaves A little
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 100 gm Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 50 gm Shredded cheese
  • Chilly powder As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • To make the sauce:- 1)Heat some olive oil in a pan.
  • Add the jeera, green chillies and onions and fry them well.
  • Then add the tomatoes to it and continue frying.
  • Next, add the chilly powder, salt and the tomato sauce.
  • Finally,switch off the flame and add the lemon juice, coriander leaves and the shredded cheese.
  • To make the pasta:- 1)Take a large vessel full of water and add the pasta to it.
  • Cook well for about 20 minutes.
  • Then fish the pasta out of the water and add it to the sauce.
  • :- Do not drain the boiled pasta. Fishing out doesn`t make the pasta from getting sticky with one another.
  • :- Olive oil and cheese brings a lot of flavour.
