Cut the meat into medium sized pieces. Wash and drain into a colander.
Take a pressure cooker and add cleaned beef, sliced onions, turmeric powder and salt as required.
Add 2 to 3 tbsp of water to avoid burning and pressure cook it for 5 whistles or until well cooked.
Dry roast the spice masala powders for 5-6 minutes on medium flame and keep aside.
Now heat oil in a kadai and add chopped shallots, green chillies, crushed ginger garlic and curry leaves. Saute it for 5-10 minutes.
Now add sliced tomato and saute till it becomes smashed and soft.
Finally add cooked beef and mix well, continue to simmer until it becomes a semi thick gravy. Adjust the salt and remove it from the flame.
Delicious Beef Pepper Masala is ready now. Add some chopped coriander leaves and serve it along with ghee rice, roti, naan etc.
