Pan Grilled Chicken With Vegetables

  • 500 g Chicken
  • 1 Tbsp Kashmiri Chilly powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam masala
  • 2 Tbsp Curd
  • 1+1 Tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 Nos. Tomato
  • 2 Nos. Green chilly
  • 2 Nos. Potato
  • 1 Nos. Carrot
  • 2 Nos. Brinjal
  • 1 Nos. Onion
  • As reqd Salt


  • Marinate the chicken pieces in red chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, pepper powder and salt as required. Keep it in refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Wash and cut the vegetables.
  • Now take a pan and arrange the marinated chicken in it. Then arrange the cut veggies on top of the chicken pieces.
  • Finally sprinkle some pepper powder and salt.
  • Cover and cook it for 20-30 minutes in low to medium flame, stirring often, and don’t let them brown or stick to the pan.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and serve. Delicious pan grilled chicken and vegetables are ready.
