Marinate the chicken pieces in red chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, pepper powder and salt as required. Keep it in refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Wash and cut the vegetables.
Now take a pan and arrange the marinated chicken in it. Then arrange the cut veggies on top of the chicken pieces.
Finally sprinkle some pepper powder and salt.
Cover and cook it for 20-30 minutes in low to medium flame, stirring often, and don’t let them brown or stick to the pan.
Remove the pan from the heat and serve. Delicious pan grilled chicken and vegetables are ready.
