Curry leaves
Instructions
Take a clay pot and add Bilimbi, green chilies, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt as required.
Add 2 cups of water and mix well.
Add curry leaves and cook till it turns into a thin consistency.
When it is well cooked pour the coconut paste. When it starts to boil, remove it from the flame.
Finally heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds and pour it into the curry.
Delicious and tangy flavored Irumban Puli curry is ready now.
