  • 2 cups Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • Water Needed
  • 1/4 Cup Oil
  • Ghee For greasing


  • In a bowl add flour, required salt and sugar.
  • Now mix this roughly and add oil. Mix well.
  • Now add milk and mix. Knead well and add water if needed, Make a smooth dough.
  • Now add oil for applying on outer dough.
  • Now cover with cloth and rest for 10 minutes.
  • After ten minutes now make small balls and keep aside.
  • Now make thin flat chapatis with dough
  • Now fold in triangle shape and roll well.
  • Now it's ready to cook.
  • Now heat tawa and cook one side for 30 seconds and when it absorbs water and starts to bubble, turn the other side.
  • Now it's cooked and then flip other side.
  • Now apply ghee for both sides and take from tawa.
  • Soft Chapati is ready to serve. Serve hot.
