In a bowl add flour, required salt and sugar.
Now mix this roughly and add oil. Mix well.
Now add milk and mix. Knead well and add water if needed, Make a smooth dough.
Now add oil for applying on outer dough.
Now cover with cloth and rest for 10 minutes.
After ten minutes now make small balls and keep aside.
Now make thin flat chapatis with dough
Now fold in triangle shape and roll well.
Now it's ready to cook.
Now heat tawa and cook one side for 30 seconds and when it absorbs water and starts to bubble, turn the other side.
Now it's cooked and then flip other side.
Now apply ghee for both sides and take from tawa.
Soft Chapati is ready to serve. Serve hot.
