  • finely cut all the veggies
  • in pan saute all the veggies
  • add ginger garlic paste, coriander pwdr,chilli pwdr,turmeric powder,salt and tomatoes
  • cook well and add coriander leaves
  • take a chappati ,place the filling ,fold the sides first and roll it
  • now cut chappatis into 3 halves and serrve with raitha
