Pan Fried Crispy Fish Fry

  • 4 Pc Fish(pomfret)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Red chilly powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 Tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 Egg white
  • Curry leaves Few
  • 3 Nos. Green chilly
  • Salt As required
  • 3 Tbsp Oil


  • Mix together all the ingredients for marination except oil for frying, curry leaves and green chillies. Taste the marinade and adjust the salt if needed.
  • Marinate the fish with this marinade.
  • Set aside for 10-15 minutes.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry some Curry leaves and green chillies. Keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish to a crispy golden brown color.
  • Fry on both sides in medium flame.
  • Add fried green chilly and Curry leaves into the fried fish. Pan Fried Crispy Fish Fry is ready now.
