Mix together all the ingredients for marination except oil for frying, curry leaves and green chillies. Taste the marinade and adjust the salt if needed.
Marinate the fish with this marinade.
Set aside for 10-15 minutes.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry some Curry leaves and green chillies. Keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish to a crispy golden brown color.
Fry on both sides in medium flame.
Add fried green chilly and Curry leaves into the fried fish. Pan Fried Crispy Fish Fry is ready now.
