Fish Fry With Green Masala

This mint flavoured fish fry is flavoured with mint leaves, coriander leaves and green chilli which is our favourite fish recipe. This fish fry is different to the usual one, I used mint and cilantro and it added more fragrance to the fish and it tastes really good.

  • make a fine paste with small onion, mint leaves, coriander leaves, and green chili
  • in a bowl add green paste, maida, corn flour, besan flour, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, black pepper, turmeric powder, salt and mix it
  • add fish and mix it and marinate for 1/2 hour
  • heat the oil in pan and fry it
  • turn the side and cook it
  • now Fish fry with Green masala is ready to serve
