This mint flavoured fish fry is flavoured with mint leaves, coriander leaves and green chilli which is our favourite fish recipe. This fish fry is different to the usual one, I used mint and cilantro and it added more fragrance to the fish and it tastes really good.

- Fish 1/2 kg -
- Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp -
- maida 2 tbsp -
- corn flour 3 tbsp -
- besan flour 2 tbsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Black pepper : 1 tsp -
- Red chili powder : 1 tsp -
- Garam masala : 1/2 tsp -
- Oil to deep fry -
- To paste -
- small onion 5 no. -
- mint leaves 1/2 cup -
- coriander leaves 1/4 cup -
- green chilies 1 no. -

Instructions
- make a fine paste with small onion, mint leaves, coriander leaves, and green chili
- in a bowl add green paste, maida, corn flour, besan flour, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, black pepper, turmeric powder, salt and mix it
- add fish and mix it and marinate for 1/2 hour
- heat the oil in pan and fry it
- turn the side and cook it
- now Fish fry with Green masala is ready to serve
