Pre heat the pressure cooker or kadai for 10 minutes in medium flame. In the mean time beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla essence for 7 minutes, Then add oil and milk.
In a bowl, strain all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt and coffee powder(do this before we start beating the eggs). Now add this flour mix little by little to beaten eggs and mix gently.
The cake batter is ready, Now take the cake tin and apply some oil.
Pour batter into tin.
Tap the pans against the counter to help the batter settle. Place a plate or stand at the bottom of the pressure cooker to make sure that heat is spread evenly while cooking, Place the cake tin over it. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean approx 30 to 40 minutes.
Transfer cake to racks and let cool 10 minutes, Then run a knife round the edge of the pans and turn the cakes out onto the racks to cool completely.
