In bowl add besan flour, salt, red chili powder, ajwain and turmeric powder and cumin seeds.
Now add required water and stir well.
Heat a pan and add 3 tbsp oil. Pour besan mixture and stir well in medium flame.
Stir continuously when its thick and not sticky in pan.
Now add boiled and mashed potato. Mix well and allow to cool.
Now add curry leaves and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
Now grease a plate and place this cutlet mixture by spreading in a thick round shape.
Keep in fridge for half an hour and now take from fridge and slice. Can slice as your required shape. Here i squared the slices.
Now take a pan and heat oil for shallow frying. Fry the square shaped cutlets on both sides.
Now its ready to serve the snack with sauce.
