Ingredients
  

  • 400 Grams Prawns Shelled and deveined
  • Oil For deep frying
  • For the marinade:
  • 1 No Egg Beaten
  • 1 Cup Corn flour
  • 2 Tsp White pepper powder
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Sugar
  • Salt To taste
  • For the schezwan sauce:-
  • 2 Tbsp garlic Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Spring onions Chopped
  • 1 & 3 Medium Onion & Green chilli Chopped
  • 1 Cup Water
  • Mix in a bowl:-
  • 3 Tbsp Schezwan sauce
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp White Pepper
  • Salt To taste
  • 1 Tsp White Sesame seed For garnish
  • Spring onion

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients of the marinade in a bowl, add prawns in it and marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the prawns till golden brown. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in another pan add garlic , spring onion and onion , sauté well on high heat for 30 seconds.
  • After a minute add the prawns and mix well.Bring to a boil.
  • Meanwhile mix the cornflour with 2 tbsp of water, when the gravy starts to boil, add the cornflour mixture and mix well.
  • Add the ingredients mixed in the bowl, sauté for 30 seconds and add 1 cup hot water into it.
  • When the gravy starts to thicken, switch off the heat.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with white sesame seeds and chopped spring onion.
  • Serve hot with butter rice , naan , chapati etc....
