Take a bowl and add curd, kasuri methi,cumin powder,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt,coriander powder,garam masala and mix well.
Marinate the paneer in it.
Keep aside for 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan a shallow fry the marinated paneer and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and splutter cumin seeds and add onion,ginger garlic and green chilly,saute for few minutes.Then add 3/4 tsp red chilly powder,a pinch of kasuri methi,garam masala and turmeric powder and salt as required.Saute till raw smell goes off.
Then pour the tomato puree and capsicum.combine well,close and cook for 5 minutes in medium flame.
Then open and add fried paneer.
Mix well and cook for another few minutes.add coriander leaves and remove it from the flame.
So the tasty dhaba style paneer masala is ready now.
