- Paneer - 200 gm
- Curd - 3 Tbsp
- Red chilly powder - 1/2+3/4 Tsp
- Turmeric powder - 2 Pinch
- Garam masala - 2 Pinch
- Cumin powder - 2 Pinch
- Coriander powder - 1/4 Tsp
- Salt(As required) -
- Kasuri methi - 2 Pinch
- Onion - 2 Nos.
- Tomato puree - 1/2 Cup
- Capsicum - 1/2 Piece
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 Tsp
- Coriander leaves -
- Oil -
- Green chilly - 2 Nos.

- Take a bowl and add curd, kasuri methi,cumin powder,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt,coriander powder,garam masala and mix well.
- Marinate the paneer in it.
- Keep aside for 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan a shallow fry the marinated paneer and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter cumin seeds and add onion,ginger garlic and green chilly,saute for few minutes.Then add 3/4 tsp red chilly powder,a pinch of kasuri methi,garam masala and turmeric powder and salt as required.Saute till raw smell goes off.
- Then open and add fried paneer.
- Mix well and cook for another few minutes.add coriander leaves and remove it from the flame.
- So the tasty dhaba style paneer masala is ready now.
