Vegetable Egg Chopsuey

This recipe uses a can of Chop Suey vegetables and a can of mixed Chinese vegetables. egg also goes nice with this.

  • 1 pack Noodle
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 Cabbage
  • 6 Beans
  • 1 Onions
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt as taste
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Ginger and garlic chopped
  • 1 tblsp Corn flour
  • Oil for frying


  • Boil Noodle with salt and oil and drain it
  • Chop all vegetables
  • In pan add oil and fry the noodles like nest and keep aside
  • in pan add oil and saute ginger and garlic
  • And add all vegetables and cook for few mins
  • Add soya sauce and add sugar and salt , pepper
  • Add Corn flour with water and mix it well and keep aside
  • In tawa add egg and make half boil and keep aside
  • Now arrange plate first noddles nest sauce and egg
  • Now its ready to serve. its yummy
