  • 2 cup Wheat flour
  • 100 g Jaggery
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying


  • In a bowl take wheat flour, cardamom powder and salt
  • Melt jaggery in half cup of water.
  • Add the jaggery water into it.Add more water if required to get a batter of dropping consistency.
  • Heat oil and add equivalent to a tbsp of the batter over high heat,then lover the heat and fry till brown colour.
  • Now the tasty Gulgule is ready now.
