Paal Paratha-Milk Paratha is a very tasty paratha that have goodness of milk and egg.This dish is often prepared for special occasions including parties and festivals in malabar area.Try this soft like cotton melt in mouth delicious paal paratha at home.

  • 1 cup All purpose flour/maida
  • 1 Egg
  • Millk as required to make dough
  • Salt to taste
  • Sunflower oil as required


  • Take a bowl,add maida,egg,salt and mix well.add milk little by little to make a dough.
  • Knead it for 10-15 minutes.cover the dough with a wet cloth and keep it for 15 minutes.
  • Make medium size balls out of the dough.
  • Roll out the balls into a thin sheet.apply some oil and fold the paratha into a square.
  • Gently roll it out again.smear some oil on a hot tawa,place the paratha on the pan.after a minute flip it over and let the other side cook for a minute.
  • Tasty paal paratha is ready.serve it with chicken roast.
