- All purpose flour / Maida - 1 cup

- Millk(as required to make dough) -

- Knead it for 10-15 minutes.cover the dough with a wet cloth and keep it for 15 minutes.
- Make medium size balls out of the dough.
- Roll out the balls into a thin sheet.apply some oil and fold the paratha into a square.
- Gently roll it out again.smear some oil on a hot tawa,place the paratha on the pan.after a minute flip it over and let the other side cook for a minute.
- Tasty paal paratha is ready.serve it with chicken roast.
