Rava Cake-Semolina Cake With Eggs

There are several variations and flavours to this semolina cake,here im going to make a simple Semolina-Rava cake with eggs.The cake contains rava,eggs,maida and sugar.An aesthetic touch of cardamom makes it a yummiest cake ever!! :-)

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Semolina
  • 4 Egg
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Maidha
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 10 no Cashew nuts and raisins
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • Salt pinch

Instructions
 

  • Dry roast semolina for 10 minutes in low flame.
  • Beat eggs with sugar,cardamom powder and salt until fluffy.
  • Add roasted semolina and maidha,mix well with a spoon.
  • Heat ghee in a saucepan and pour the cake mixture into it.close the lid and cook it 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes garnish it with ghee roasted cashew nuts and raisins.cover the top and cook it again for 15 minutes in very low flame.
  • Now the yummy semolina cake is ready
