Take a mixer grinder and add grated coconut,green chilly,fennel seed and garlic.
Grind it for 3 seconds
Cut the jackfruit into small pieces.Take a pressure cooker and add jackfruit,chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt and 1/4 Cup water.
Add ground coconut on the top of the jackfruit,don't mix it.Cook it for 1 whistle.
Mix well the cooked jackfruit.
Heat oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seed.Add curry leaves and fry red chilly.
Add cooked jackfruit and mix well.
