- Raw jackfruit - 1 medium
- Coconut - 2 cup
- Green chilly - 4
- garlic - 1 clove
- Fennel seed - 1 tbsp
- Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
- Tumericpowder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt -
- For seasoning: -
- Curry leaves - 2 string
- dry red Philly - 5
- Mustard seed - 1/2
- Oil - 2 tbsp

- Take a mixer grinder and add grated coconut,green chilly,fennel seed and garlic.
- Grind it for 3 seconds
- Cut the jackfruit into small pieces.Take a pressure cooker and add jackfruit,chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt and 1/4 Cup water.
- Add ground coconut on the top of the jackfruit,don't mix it.Cook it for 1 whistle.
- Mix well the cooked jackfruit.
- Heat oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seed.Add curry leaves and fry red chilly.
- Add cooked jackfruit and mix well.
- Tasty chakka ularthiyath is ready
