For seasoning:

  • Take a mixer grinder and add grated coconut into it.
  • Add green chilly, ginger shallots and salt.
  • Grind it to make a coarse paste.
  • Finally we have to temper the chutney. Heat oil in a tadka, splutter mustard seeds and add shallots. When it becomes golden brown in color, add dried red chillies and curry leaves. Pour it over the chutney and mix.
  • Tasty Nadan Thenga Chutney is ready now.
