Palak Thalipeeth

Thalipeeth is a recipe belongs to Maharashtra. Thalipeeth is a nutritious and wholesome breakfast recipe. It is made up from multigrain flour. Its quick and easy to make. This is a delicious perfect Indian breakfast veg recipe. This is more or less like the chapatis that carries palak and all nutritious grain flours. Here we have added 3 flours but it depends on your taste to add few more flours.

Ingredients
  

  • spinach choped 1 cup
  • onion 1
  • green chili 2
  • salt to taste
  • cumin powder 1 sp
  • coriander powder 1 sp
  • turmeric 1/4 sp
  • garlic paste 1/2 sp
  • rice flour 2 sp
  • besan 2 sp
  • wheat flour 4 sp

Instructions
 

  • chop onions and palak
  • add chili, salt, turmeric, cumin powder, garlic paste, rice flour and besan
  • add wheat flour to this
  • knead to a dough with water and rest for 10mins
  • take small portions and flatten to a round with hands
  • cook it in tawa both sides
  • serve with sauce
