This is a delicious perfect Indian breakfast veg recipe. This is more or less like the chapatis that carries palak and all nutritious grain flours. Here we have added 3 flours but it depends on your taste to add few more flours.

- spinach choped 1 cup -
- onion 1 -
- green chili 2 -
- Salt to taste -
- cumin powder 1 sp -
- coriander powder 1 sp -
- turmeric 1/4 sp -
- garlic paste 1/2 sp -
- rice flour 2 sp -
- besan 2 sp -
- wheat flour 4 sp -

- chop onions and palak
- add chili, salt, turmeric, cumin powder, garlic paste, rice flour and besan
- add wheat flour to this
- knead to a dough with water and rest for 10mins
- take small portions and flatten to a round with hands
- cook it in tawa both sides
- serve with sauce
