Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Beetroot grated
  • 10 nos Dates chopped
  • Ginger small piece
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 1/2 tsp Pickle powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Beetroot Dates Pickle, take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
  • Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds.
  • Add crushed ginger garlic and saute for one minute.
  • Add grated beetroot.
  • Add chopped dates.
  • Add chilli powder, pickle powder and mix well and cook for 5 minutes in low flame.
  • Add salt, vinegar and turn off the flame.
  • Convert it into a plate and let it cool. Store in an air tight container jar when it is cool.
  • Beetroot dates pickle is ready to serve.
