Lachcha Paratha
Laccha Paratha is one of the most popular Parathas in North India, This layered paratha is quite appetising to look at, and even more interesting to bite into, because the layers separated by ghee give a crumbly, melt-in-the-mouth texture.

Ingredients

Maida 3 cup
egg 1 no.
salt to taste
baking soda 1 tsp
sugar 1 tsp
milk 1/4 cup
oil 3 tbsp
Instructions
In a bowl add egg, salt, baking soda, sugar, milk and mix
add maida, water and make dough
apply oil, allow for 2 hours by covering it
now the dough will be too soft and without sticky
take a small Ball and roll it very thin
Now start pleating the disc from the oppostie edge just like saree pleating.

Heat the tawa and cook it both the side by applying oil
now lachcha paratha is ready
